YOUR SCHOOL GOGGLES CAN SAVE NHS LIVES
PPE: KEEPING FRONTLINE NHS STAFF SAFE FROM COVID-19
Welcome to schoolgoggles4nhs. Our purpose is to raise awareness to help schools support their local NHS
It is estimated that in the UK there are 600,000+ science/CDT goggles, glasses and masks lying dormant in schools that could be saving NHS lives.
Many schools are already reaching out to their local NHS front line and arranging drop off of their goggles. However our mission is to support all 6,000+ secondary and independent schools to get their life saving equipment to the NHS front line.
This is not just for the Hospitals but also for the GPs, Care Homes, Home Carers, Pharmacists and many more. ALL need Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE").
WHAT CAN YOU AND YOUR SCHOOL DO TO HELP?
If your school has already proactively reached out to support the NHS then great, keep doing so and please fill in our School Recognition Form.
If you are a headmaster/headmistress or science teacher, please get in touch with your local NHS trust or directly with your local NHS providers (List and contact details of NHS trusts). We hope to have a regional demand platform up and running soon so it is clear which local NHS staff need your help.
If you are a parent or pupil, please reach out to your school to make sure they are doing all they can.
